The One That Lasts

Countdown 4 days to start of O Levels.

Spending time before sleeping to blog. LOL. (take note i did this post yesterday but because the photos were taking too long to load, i decided to only post today)

Yes, some of you may know about my friendship with this very special girl, named Ling Hui. Nope you guys don't know her. Im kidding, she is Grace.

In any case you do not understand what am i talking about, its fine. Shit happens when my head is not awake. Actually i am awake, night owl here. Just that my head is a little spoilt haha. Not continuing in this topic. Moving on.

Not sure if i have said this before, but if i do, let me repeat. I i haven't. You can read it now :D

How did i know Grace?

This may sound weird because we don't really know each other in the first place. Last year during The New Paper New Face, i went into the closed door audition to accompany my sister and to somehow root for her. She met this lonely girl by the name of Grace and made friends with her. Grace got into the top50 while my sister did not. But they became friends, and that is how i know grace, hi bye friends/strangers.

Earlier this year thru another friend, i found out that he knows grace and i started to stalk her. Yes, stalk her because she looked so familiar. And realised that she is the grace that my sister met last year during the closed door audition! Freak, the world is so small.

The conversation started in instagram.

So we finally met again in this year's new paper new face, went for audition together with grace and my sister. Funny part? Grace thought i was the one that she met last year, ha.ha.ha. My sister stunned. LOL. And i introduced TMGY to her.

Yea, we started to talk and exchanged numbers. Then lucky part? Both grace and i got in together. Talked alot during the closed door audition and thanks to the judges, i moved on to top40 thus, more time to chat with Grace. While she got her dream of getting into top25, then top 20, i waited for her to leave together haha. So nice of me><

AND thanks to TMGY, both of us got into the finals together. After photoshoots another workshop day, our bond deepened by loads, because we spent long hours together and talking. Thats how she started to bring me to church, and spending even more time together after church services. Eating a yup of frozen yogurt, sitting outside the starbucks in Kallang Leisure Park, talking about everything in the world.

Of course we do talk in whatsapp and stuff. Often disturbing one another. So, almost everything in our whatsapp conversation is all about nonsense. Random singing, animal sounds, funny and non-funny sounds, whatever you can think of.

Its really great to see Grace like week after week, unless im too busy with my life or she is busy with her life. But we catchup on whatsapp.

Soooo comforting when she told me she cant really communicate with others her age except me hahaha. We are the same age, she is just.... 11 months older then me, hahaha old girl (i know she is going to read this). Probably its because our craziness is on the same level? Hmmmmmm, not sure.

But i really want to the the Lord for allowing me to know such a horrible person, im kidding, i love you grace. As the bond grows stronger, i hope it will never fade, let us remain like this for the longest time ever, since forever dont exist.

Next, I WENT OUT WITH GRACE TO TOWN AGAIN JUST NOW! She wanted to go to X'pect to do her hair and i was going to tag along and when she is doing her hair, i do my work until the orchard outlet was closed and the other outlets were full. Sian.

Ended up in somerset. AND YAY, WE TOOK REALLY GREAT PICTURES OKAY. It felt like a total workout since our hands and legs are like super tired after the intense 'workout' by balancing on 2 walls just to take pictures. I mean, who does that?

People who walk past us were like wondering if we were hijacking the place anot, haha. Weirdos like us.

Then went to the foodcourt to eat over in Cineleisure. And before going home, we passed by Stabilo popup store/place or whatever it is called. Took some pictures alone and together. It has been long since we ever took pictures together.

Ended out meet again with a hug, as always.

Its not always you get a friend like this. But when you do, you know it is time to treasure him/her.
