So You Want To Be A Model?

Hello all those model-wannabes, i just want to share with you some dangers of modelling and i would like you to stay safe, because i've learnt that this world is not perfect, the world is actually a really dangerous world to live in. And if your not careful, there are dreadful consequences behind. So my point is, Stay Safe.

And id like to share this story that happened today to me maybe to all of you out there. You might think im dumb. I guess, just live with it. If your not happy, you may leave.

So i met this 'modeling agent' online and his name is Brandon Wong. Number 86841677. (he blocked me)

He claimed that his an agent that helps blogshops to get new faces la. And asked for a few of my photos, i okay okay send him a few. Then he requested for a live chat on skype to see how i fare with camera or something. Im like, okay fine..

So we talked for almost an hour, or less than that.. with ONLY me talking and him typing.

He asked me to wear a basic tank top and fbt shorts. So i thought it was okay and legit because he didnt ask me to wear stuff like lingerie and ya... you should kinda know what i meant.

Then i did poses while standing and then he asked me to do sitting positions as well. Im like why the shit do i have to model sitting on the floor? Blogshops dont require that right? I started to get weary of him.

And he requested for me to wear a dress, tight fitting ones.. and i lied saying that i dont have much dresses(i know ive sinned but i cant possibly wear those super short ones la LOL) and the fact is that he requested for me to have my legs wide open.. i mean, who does that for blogshop modelling? He said it was for cover and banner shoots for the blogshop..

After awhile, i finally agreed, but i wore a dress that is relatively longer as i dont want to reveal unecessary parts of me that might ruin me(LOL, what am i talking about) but you know what i mean right?

And he said i look great and stuff.. with standing poses la, ive improved or stuff litat.. and he said to me, he wanted to postpone the review to tomorrow, because i have failed his review.. i questioned him and he said i didnt fit the criteria and stuff. So i got kinda angry when i ask about listing out the criteria and he just said its not important, and im like WTF. He literally just contradicted himself!

THESE KIND OF PEOPLE ARE NOT MEANT TO BE TRUSTED.

Blogshop owners are usually nice people(thats in my perspective because ive met one with very nice blogshop owners hahaha, the blogshop i shoot for yesterday <3 <3 <3) and also some that ive done advertorials for. But ill blog about my studio experience in another post so yeah..

Back to topic.

I started to shoot him questions and he literally just said, "end of discussion it has been great working with you yeah" and i continued to aim him but he didnt reply.. and then went offline, then blocked me from whatsapp and probably skype as well.. haizzz.. people with fetish desire. 

Im warning you girls out there who wants to be models. I want you to be aware of your surroundings. Do not be like me that jumps on every opportunity like im a despo litat. I believe i have alot  more chances to do better.

Do not ever regret your actions.

There are alot of people out there who prey on girls especially girls that just started in the industry, its actually quite a very dark industry so if you wanna be part of it, just stay careful of these 'predators' la. For me, personally I dont do shoot that are held in hotels unless there is a large group of people and stuff and also home shoots which they claim that their studio is at home. I mean, whats wrong with booking a studio that is like $20+/hr. Cant they afford them?

There are girls who got molested by the so called photographers amd they would claim its just to adject their poses. THAT IS A FREAKING LIE OKAY. They can just show us the poses they want and we execute them.

Ask your friends if you don't feel good about the photographer. If he doesnt allow you friend to go along, there is something fishy going on.. dont go even if its an outdoor shoot. There are perverts out there! DON'T BE A PREY OF THEM.

My friend talk me "its better to be safe than sorry" So reject whenever you feel not right or when your not comfortable. Its not very hard to just say a "sorry, im not very interested already, thanks."

(Its almost 2am right now and im too lazy to read my post again, so maybe if you dont understand.. its okay hahaa, im exhausted and just want to sleep so.. talk to you guys in my next post)

How I Spent My Holiday

Holidays, what are holidays?

Yo yo yo people! Shall update my blog with a short and random post tonight as i need to continue with my homework :(

Okay, so what are holidays?

Its the March holidays now, or rather March break.. After 10 weeks of intense studying, finally a little break!

Guess what i did for the few days when march break started?

Yessssssssss, first things first is to catch up on my sleep! Ever since school started, i havent been sleeping well and thus, the super dark eye circles i have right now.

Everyday was filled with lotsa hoemwork. And they were never ending. Not only there were homeworks, there were still tests and quizzes to study for. Im so happy that i have improved since last year. Improved alot for the subjects im focusing on that has to be improved? LOL. I kinda neglected some other subjects but i still did better, abit better than last year, which is still a good thing :D

But whatever. Ive got to admit that the first few days of holiday were spent on lazing on bed for the whole day and using my phone. (Hey, i need a break) And then the next few days going out and going out. Now im left with 3 days of holiday. Chionging through my homeworks and trying to complete my lyrics sheet for Finals of The Voice (Yes i got in and im still shocked) But yay, lyrics sheet is finally done.

Then the next few days till today, was spent on going out.. Zzzzz.. Tuesday was for hair shoot for the hair stylist's portfolio. Then yesterday was to accompany a friend out for a movie and walk around town date!

Planned to study out today at a friend's house but whatever. I hate studying >< (and i have to survive for another few more months)

Then completed my lyrics sheet and now moving on to my maths online homeworks :( I have to finish up all my homeworks hopefully by tomorrow as im going back to malaysia for some important family events :( until sunday night (and monday school reopens) SO TIRING AHH~

Obviously ill still bring some books over to study in malaysia as well as unfinished homeworks?

Great news, i'll be doing an advertorial on another blogshop in malaysia in a few days time! SO STAY TUNNED FOR IT!

Next week 2 shoots in a row on saturday, I CANT WAIT :D

Before i start of with my school's family yesterday, let me share about what happened today:D

Went to Ngee Ann Poly to support the Annual First Aid competition organized by Red Cross Singapore! Then shopped with Fatin over at jurong then went to do my brows and facial in preparation for photoshoot for the next week!^^

Happy to meet many familiar faces and feel proud of my school for getting 2nd in place! Its a tough fight for this year's competition..

Anywayss.. without further ado, lets start off with FAMILY DAY 2014!!!!!!!!

Reached the beach really late :( And the frisbee game had already started :( Played with class 4/4 for the first match and KUDOOs to my class for putting in a tough fight with them! :D
