Flea Market???

Hello!

 

Back for another post! I shall share with you the happenings for today! Nowww.. what exactly happened?

 

I absolutely love going to flea markets, why? Because the stuffs there are just so affordable and cheap! (well maybe only some of them) some are preloved and some are BRAND NEW!!! You heard it, BRAND NEW! And they are like sold for $10-$20?? or even LESSER!! For as low as $2-$5!

 

Another reason is because I am broke hahahaha! But I really love new clothes! Which girl doesn't?! Maybe those abnormal girls maybe? >< Well, definitely not me!

 

So recently, I read local blogger Bong Qiu Qiu's blog and just to find out that she is GOING TO THE FLEA! Selling clothes from her online shop, Rarebits. Those clothes are all brand new from past collections or collections that haven't been launched! And guess what? Its a grab bag sale there but her kind of grab bag is that we can choose what we want in our grab bag :) Each grab bag costs $25 and we can fill in any 6 items but 1 of them must be an accessory, which mean 1 item costs about $4.17 cents!!! There were apparels and bags and accessories to be sold! Local blogger Sophie will also be there to sell away her clothes!

 

So I made my way back to Singapore to check out the flea market! Organised by Just Flea Sake.

 

First, I planned my day to be as such~~

 

Go to Yishun and get the stuffs that I want, which the promotion ends tomorrow :( Then go back to Ang Mo Kio to change my portable charger as it was spoil, take a short trip to orchard and then a short trip to bugis's haji lane then to boon lay and take bus back to my house in Malaysia..

 

Never did I thought that the whole programme changed till, first go to yishun get the stuffs i wanted, AND SURPRISINLY, I CAUGHT MY AUNT AND TOOK THE SAME BUS WITH HER! Got a free lunch as well :)

 

Then move on to orchard. By the time I reach orchard was like... 2.30pm? NEVER DID I THOUGHT THAT QIU QIU'S QUEUE LINE WAS DAMMM LONG! I queued from 2.35pm till 5.15+++pm! WTS! And my plan was to reach bugis by 4pm latest.. Bo bian.. I queue till halfway already.. So just continue queueing lo..

 

I did managed to get a few stuffs i wanted la.. but the other clothes and bags I was eyeing on were all gone :'( Freaking sad please..

 

It was an okay buy though..

 

Then I moved on to Sophie's booth and got a shirt as well. By that time was like 5.30pm? I calculated the time to go bugis and the reason why i wanted to go there is because there was another flea market going on! WHAAATT???? And it closes at 6pm :(

 

No choice, cos if i were to travel there, no time already.. So just continue to shop lo, got a few great buys too:)

 

Total amount spent today burnt a GREAT HOLE in my pocket, $65 all gone :(

See? This is Qiuqiu, I think she is really dam nice in real life lo.. The way she speak Chinese is like 很好听 (very nice to hear) LOL and shes very tall!

 

 

This is Sophie, she was the winner for 2005 The New Paper New Face at the age of 15, really pretty too!

 

 

And Miyaki, OMG, I love her makeup! <33333

Nahhh, i was just joking.. Tried to take pictures with my phone by I feel the pictures abit not nice, maybe not abit but VERY NOT NICE! 

 

So.. i think I will upload the pictures on to my next blogpost which will probably be around end next week.. Gotta get a good camera for the shots! Its time to get professional HAAHAHAHAHAHA!

Outing out with friends :D

Afternoon peeps!

 

Finally got my sister to lend me her laptop to blog as I didn't bring my laptop here to my house in Malaysia, not sure why but that computer of mine doesn't seem to be able to connect to the wifi here.. oh well, so gotta borrow my sister's laptop :D

 

Okay okay, let me get started with my post.

 

I came to malaysia the day before and went back to Singapore alone yesterday so as to be able to go out on an outing with my good friends :)

 

Well, Meiting, Shermaine and i were supposed to catch the movie 3 Peas in a Pod with them(my second time watching).. but... well, I kinda got stucked in Malaysia so i was really really late, therefore, didn't managed to catch it with them.. or rather, all of us didn't watch. And then all the plans were changed..

 

Met up with Meiting in AMK hub first. Then Yan Ping and CoCo came.. Shermaine was of course late again, hmmmm, for an hour, OMG..

 

Well, we went to Orchard first because Shermaine wanted to get her stuff for work in Takashimaya.. But before we went to Taka, Yan Ping got her Ice White Chocolate Mocha from starbucks!

 

Ya ya ya ya ya.. and the story continues, as Shermaine was supposed to meet her boss at 3pm, there was still time to shop!

 

As both Mei ting and i were hungry, went to the place that was full of food, and Mei Ting got herself a Cup of Black Sesame ice cream, and i got myself an omelette noodle?

While waiting for shermaine, went to Cineleisure and Scape with Coco as she needed to buy some phone charger or something.. And left Meiting and Yan Ping to wait for shermaine~ Well, the reason why I go off with Coco is because she had to leave early.. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Also, I got my childhood sweet from scape, got 2 flavours because I was craving for it, but after trying, realised its too sweet :(

 

After the short trip to Scape, we went off, supposed to go Bugis together but i went to meet a friend at farrer park, so we separated..

 

Met Joey from Jemnation(Jae Liew's Fanclub) to pass me my autographed shirt and the 8 days magazine with Michelle Chong and Jae Liew's autograph!! <3

 

Was supposed to meet another friend in farrer park but well, that friend didn't appear. Waited till 7pm but still didn't appear.. So I just left because i had to reach admiralty by 8.15pm to meet my aunt and have a ride to my house in Malaysia!

 

Just to find out that the others were also going back, so we met at dhoby to take the train to our destinations~

 

Well, I guess its the end of the story.. Really tired.. Couldn't get much sleep, hmm not really that I don't have time to get the sleep but I just cant sleep, lols, understand?

Zzzz, im really very very tired. I kena sore throat 2 days anot without eating any FRIED FOOD, wts? I actually suspect I got throat infection.. Now its really turning bad, or rather worse.. starting to cough, get headaches and well, MY BODY IS STARTING TO HEAT UP! Walaaooooo, I dunwan to get sick at this timing especially when its the holidays and im going overseas in like a few weeks?(SO EXCITED!) :D

 

Actually im already overseas in Malaysia and should be staying here for awhile unless I go back to Singapore~

 

GOING BACK TO SINGAPORE TOMORROW TO CHECK OUT THE FLEA MARKET IN LUCKY PLAZA AND maybe haji lane?

3 Peas in a Pod roadshow

Hello to readers out there!

Been MIA(missing in action) for so long because im too lazy to blog and blah blah blah.. i spent my time going out to walk, to shop(window shop), fantasizing bout a new camera, rotting and sleeping at home.. well, i feel that now rotting at home feels quite good, because i dont get to rot at home when there is school and that s**ks..

Okay okay now to the main point of this post, 3 peas in a pod roadshow! <3

So basically, i went to 2 out of 4 roadshows that were held in 8-10 nov this very year, incase you dont know which year it is, well, its 2013 haha!

Yea, this show was introduced to me by one of my classmates a few months ago, and i have been waiting eagerly to be able to watch this show, but when the rating came out, i was shocked to see that it was rated NC16! and because im not 16 yet, i cant watch, which is like dam sad, but well, i still managed to sneak in, IM 16 THIS YEAR OKAY! 16!

Whatever, but still i managed to catch the movie.. to be honest, i dont really understand the story, its quite complex.. and i will be catching it again on thursday with my good friends in school! <3

The first roadshow was held in Plaza Singapure, which is in Dhoby Gaut.. After all the roadshows i have been to, i have never been lucky to be choosen to answer a question given by the host for the day in order to win special goodies or limited edition stuff!

REALLY SURPRISINGLY, I ACTUALLY GOT CHOOSEN TO ANSWER A REALLY SIMPLE QUESTION! AND WON MYSELF A LIMITED EDITION 3 PEAS IN A POD T-SHIRT THAT I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED!

Now, to the best part of all, after the roadshow, Jae's fanclub Jemnation met up with her at The Cathay for some short catchup and phototaking! Because i one of my good friend and brother, told me about this, i am able to go see Jae live and up close! :D

AND I MANAGED TO GET A PICTURE WITH JAE, SHE IS SO VERY VERY NICE! I love her to the max, her voice and she is so pretty! No no, im not a lesbian haha! But she has been added to my list of idols:D Shall make the photo dam big because i love it! <3

This dress belongs to my sister, because i was never a fan of dresses but well, first time wearing a dress out! Proud of myself LOL, what a joke man!

Now to the next roadshow! Which is the last one at City Square Mall, at Farrer Park!

Shall not post as much photos anymore.. but this time, i was lucky for a second time, there was this part whereby 4 lucky fans will be able to go up on stage to play a simple game with the cast and win prizes! :D

Really glad to say that Jae choose me, which im also very surprised but really really happy too! I got up on stage and she ask if i was the girl she met on friday and i was like OMG, you can remember me?? She said, of course dear hahahaha! Really heartwarming to know that she had remembered me <3 love her again haha!

After the game, Jae presented to me a T-shirt with all the casts autographs and AN AWESOME CARD.. not sure isit Jay Gee Card orr.. well, i just dont know >< But i love it so much, 2 shirts and 1 card? How lucky can i get!?

I guess im just really lucky, never had i been so lucky before in my life, thanks to 3 peas in a pod, its now one of my most memorable memories that will always be with me forever <3
