End of June!

I guess, its time for me to celebrate the end of my holidays today!

Why does time pass so quickly when we are having fun?!

Okay, why do i say that my holiday officially ended today? Because, i have been shopping, sleeping, eating, blogging, filming, shooting, going for NDP trainings and lepaking with friends. Yup, and thats about it?

I could really say that, this holiday really feels like a holiday whereby i do not have to mind about my CCA(i mean ex-CCA) no worries about homework. Just enjoying my life away!

But sadly, this life, ends today. Tomorrow shall be the day i start to mug about school, wake up early in the morning just to go to school, get stressed over tests and exams, HOMEWORKS! Yup, you could have guessed, i have not really started on my holiday assignments yet! Hmmm, maybe i did! I started on my chemistry homework because i know i really suck at sciences! (Anyone willing to tutor me??) Hahahaha~

To be honest, i dont really like do very well in school for most of the subjects, failing them? Okay, maybe its because im just purely lazy or what? Really gotta stop depending on technology, always disturbs me and distracts me away from studying. Life without phone is alright for me, BUT! without the contacts in it can kill me! There are times whereby i have to contact people right? Phones are not really good for me because all i ever do is to message, call and of course, camwhore(of course its only when i feel like it!). Take pictures and post on this very blog of mine!

Okay, whatever with the blabbing, blahblahblah ><

Moving on to my next topic!

Remember that i told you guys i was going to film at mediacorp on wednesday? Instead of just 1 show, I filmed 2 shows! Isnt that great? <3 I did take quite alot of photos but due to come reasons, i am unable to post here! I guess, you guys will have to wait till the shows get broadcasted bah!

Well, i met this 2 girls on the second show that i filmed in, they are like just so cute! Okay, im not trying to boast or be BHB here, but they said i look like Silver Ang, or even Rebecca Lim! Actually i think im really being BHB here, but oh well! Okay, i dont really think i look like them, but those 2 girls insisted that my actions are somewhat like Silver Ang. Do my actions really resemble her?

Okay, i think im really daydreaming but. Hmm, it is nice to get praised once in awhile right! :P

During my time in mediacorp, of course i saw alot of artistes! And i was lucky enough to be able to take pictures with them! <3

Nextly is my photoshoot on thursday with this awesome photographer, Ryan, okay, not all the photos are edited yet, but i only have like around 4 to share like currently? Yup, we went to botanic gardens to shoot because i was too lazy to get my butt of my bed to move to somewhere are la.. 

Since this is my first every photoshoot, im quite okay with the results, im sure that i can do better in the upcoming shoot that i might have, jiayous to me!^^

Lastly, its today! Went off for a movie and dinner date my my red 3 mates from ndp <3 although i have been switched away to another group, im sure our friendship will last right? I love you people for planning this specially for me as you know i've always wanted it despite all your busy schedules, you made time for this little outing, i sincerely thank you, all of you from the bottom of my heart <3

Im supposed to meet another bunch of friends for another movie date and supper, but i skipped it due to being really tired + well, my family members are finally home! Another confession, I really hate to be home alone! So, im really happy that they came back!

Hmmm, while typing out this post, i got a really awesome present from a good new friend, Joshua, thanks for you little present!! :) Ill see you on CR3, hmm, maybe earlier for a movie!

And i guess, this shall mark the end of my post! Its really late and i have to mug tomorrow, so.. Off to sleep i go, till the next time~

Week happenings

Hi! Im back, been really sad these days, but im looking forward to the next few days, will update you guys on whats going to happen later in my post, so.. in the meantime, read on!

Lets start of with something sad. And end off with something happy, as there are always happy endings, from what people say! :)

Okay well, these days i have been feeling quite emotional. Can you believe it when someone took your phone for almost 2 weeks and simply refuses to return. And the reason for taking is like seriously very dumb + its taken without permission. 

Im quite sure that when parents take their child phones, they will be like, "Give me your phone", "Im confiscating your phone" and blah blah blah blah.

Well, maybe its just because im purely unlucky. Phone taken away for like dumb reasons.. Zzzzz, its seriously really dumb.

Nope. Not that i cant live without a phone, I CAN! I just cant live without the contacts in it! Many things has been happening due to the haze, and the start of school(Which is next week) i have a few events going on, and there are quite a few things that i have to settle, without the numbers of the people i need to contact, how am i even suppose to settle all of them?

And the next thing im utterly upset with is, Im really unhappy me being transferred into another group in NDP because apparently my group as too much people! Yes, i am a volunteer for this year's NDP. On the second and last training for the volunteers, my group, turtwig was allocated to usher in the Red Sector @ the Seating Gallery in the Floating platform! I was like seriously really happy as you can see in one of my previous post! 

Now, due to certain reasons, im out of the group and being transferred into another group which is taking care of the Yellow Sector. What im really unhappy is that, why bother to put me into a group where i have bonded with and throw me into another group after all the bonding in the trainings ends?

Can you imagine?

Okay, whatever. I cant be bothered about those stuff now.

Im moving on to happy events that will happen in the next few days! But before moving on to those happy events, I would like to share my buys in the past few days!

Okay, im starting to behave like Budget Barbie, but what to do? There are saless everywhere!! Flea markets too!

Okay, not really considered a few becuase i got a leather tights which i really love! <3 <3 <3 3 pairs of shorts, 2 of them are high waist:) A romper as seen above and finally, dang dang dang! 3 awesome headbands i bought from a shop in Far East Plaza, Tailsman. I really love the things that they are selling but its a little costly! So i bought 2 headbands for $10 and got a free one so altogether is like 3 for $10! Those headbands can also be seen on my photos above, provided that you can see the bottom one! :)

There is this crop top i have been eyeing when i went to H&M to shop together with my sister last saturday. It costs around $7.90 and im really wondering if i should get that. I just got hooked by that colour! Maybe a few days later i should go and get that! :D

You know? Mediacorp, what awesome broadcasting TV station in Singapore!

I will be filming #GonnaMakeIt that will be broadcasted later in the year on Channel 8! Yes, its really hard to get into Channel 8 and film there! And the really really most awesome thing is whereby the main character is JULIE TAN, my idol! <3 <3 <3 Im so gonna take a picture with her tomorrow, its going to be great i know it will be!

And, on Thurday, I will be having a photoshoot outdoors, i cant believe it! For the first time im going to have a photoshoot done. I just cant wait for the photos to be out. Will totally upload them and post them up here!

AHHHHHH! IM JUST SO EXCITED!

Review: Just Acia

Hello!

Another day of post, which is my very first official review:)

Today, had an exciting day with a very good friend of mine! Went to East Coast Park to cycle(got badly sun burnt)and then to Dhoby Gaut for lunch at Just Acia!

It is located in Dhoby Exchange! And the top is a random picture of it :)

Something that i tried eating. It costs around $8.90 which is very affordable due to free flow of ice cream and drinks. For the main course, its not really very tasty and it tastes okay AND OF COURSE IT IS EDIBLE!!!

BUT! If you are a fan of Ice Cream and really love ice cream, this is the place for you to enjoy! As the shop is most famous for the Ice Cream!  I think? Besides those buffet restaurants that also have free flow ice cream, but this is really very affordable + its located around town!

Here are the pictures of the ice cream machines and drinks machine to give you a picture of whats there!

The prices range from around $8-$20? It actually depends on what do you want to eat! Pastas or Rice. There are also other outlets around, examples at Sembawang, NUS and Downtown East!

It would be a good place for all of you if you want to spend time with your family and friends! :)

The Past Week

Hello! Im really sorry for the super duper late post, have been really busy these days spent almost the whole week preparing and training myself for The New Paper New Face 2013 walk in audition which is today! 

I went shopping for many many things, like, you know, heels? A fitting top? Shorts?

I also did my hair! The awesome thing is i actually went specially to Dhoby Gaut to Jean Yip and spent $45.90 just on cutting, wash and blow my hair, since its my first time at Jean Yip, I must say that the services and professionalism there is quite good, they have quite alot of customers so i waited quite awhile for the hairdresser to do my hair. Kinda really satisfied with my hair at the end of the day so 4 stars for Jean Yip! 

Im so so sorry, i do not have my phone with me, so i cant really like post the photos i took before and after my haircut here, but once i have it, i shall update this post so that you may enjoy!

After i did my hair, guess where i went?

Yup, i went for facial, hahahaha, cant really remember the name, but there was a promotion there! Okay, im like a typical singaporean but whatever! The services there was actually kinda not very good so.. i guess, i will not want to go there anymore! 

Next, i would really like to thank this awesome friend of mine (Not going to share the name!(Protecting the person's privacy)) who actually sponsered me for everything for this very competition, without this very person, i would never gotten all these good things! Thank you so much <3

Although im not bribed to say this, but i would really like to promote Organi's products, like the facial soap i got from them a few days ago, although the prices are abit more than affordable, its really good. Its totally organic and good things doesnt come cheap right? So ive been using for a few days already, and im really happy to say that my face is kinda smooth and really awesome! I bought this cranberry soap at a certain price after discount haha(not gonna say out the price) but normal price i think should not be more than $50. If you all would like to try out Organi products you may turn up to either marina square or jurong point :)

Had a few sad moments during the week too, im really glad to have true friends who stay by my side, im really honoured to have such good friends like you all <3 Thank you for staying by my side.

Yes, one last sad thing to mention, I went for the walk in audition today, it was really packed with loads of gorgeous girls from around singapore. Before going on the stage, i was just a little nervous, AND THE HEELS HURT ALOT! So the unlucky thing, whe i was infront, ready to go onstage, taaadaaa~ they announce for break for 15 minutes! All my nerves started to tense up! And finally, 15 minutes over! I went on stage, the weirdest thing happened :( i suddenly forgot everything i had practised over the days and kinda screw up :( So ya.. i did not get into round 2 and im really really disappointed to know i did not get in..

Nevertheless, i will definitely try again next year, till the year when i get into top 20, Its my dream, my passion, what to do?

Till my next post! But im definitely going to do a review about something, but i will only share tomorrow!

Im back! Been really busy these days~

2 Days ago was my first ever training for National Day 2013 volunteers, started out the day late as i woke up very late! Jumped out of my bed, get changed and finally pack up my bag!

Saturday was really the most busiest day i had ever! In the morning, off to the first ever training, know my group name (TURTWIG), know my group mates, play games and had a so called lecture, zzzzzzz~ Then i rushed off to orchard and had a change of clothes, hoping to get scouted by The New Paper New Face 2012 Finalists.

Yes, i did get noticed by Fai(shes really pretty and tall!) which i am very happy about, i even got up close with some of the finalists such as shine koh! Its really awesome but sadly i did not get the golden ticket to round 2 of the audition :( nevertheless  i will be trying out the open audition on 15june, with a hopeful mindset that i will get in! 

So, the story continues as the search ended and i went back to my primary school for a short visit there! The most surprising thing is that the school is filled with carnival games, and the cost of a drink cant be up to $2 when its normal price was always $1...

Then i rushed home to pack up my stuff, ready to catch the bus to malaysia and enjoy my house back in nusajaya! The not so awesome part is when there are not much furniture there as it is a new house, AND THERE ARE REALLY LOADS OF MOSQITOES~~ :( oh well, im still waiting for the bungalow to finish buliding~

I manage to see the sunset there and its really beautiful, unlike singapore whereby sunsets are usually blocked out my HDB flats! I sound so against singapore lols! But its not awesome at all not to be able to enjoy nature like in malaysia where there are less HDBs and more green everywhere! Also im not trying to say that malaysia is very good. Im neutral!

The day ends when i fall asleep and another day begins! All i could do was to study study study for today's o levels which is like really hard sadly:( All the questions are like so tricky:( hopefully i can at least get a B3 *prays*

Shall not write too much today, feeling really tired, im just going to snug into bed and fall soundly asleep!
